Celeste is a fairy witch, her winged hat Wendall is her best friend. Celeste has a more serious personality, but Wendall is very silly.
Both characters were named by my sister.

Oh my gosh, she's beautiful! And Wendall's oh-so-cute. 
Wow, I seriously can't get over how awesome this is. The coloring ad shading are excellent, and the little leaves and stars just...just somehow make it cooler. LOVE. THIS.
