I had my first physio appointment at the hospital for my knee. It went well and I also got a brace to wear to keep my knee stable when I go on longer walks. I'll be having another appointment later this month to see if the exercises I have been given are helping.

I finished playing Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart now I'm just waiting for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth to come out at the end of the month.
